Shaker tip doesn’t close very well

I’m so happy about my purchase, me and my boyfriend loves it just that the shaker spills out excess water and the tip is kind of broken or whatever it doesn’t close properly. I should have purchased the other functional shaker.

Ordered last Thursday, 15 September 2022.
I've read that the isolate version is good for those who are lactose intolerant or have issues with dairy. I have, so far (two months in) there's no dairy issues post-workout. The strawberry flavor taste great when mixed with ice. Delivery was also quick via J&T courier. Hoping to try other flavors next! As only the strawberry variant was available when I last ordered (15-SEPT). Thanks Athlene!
