Been using this for 1 week, and ang lakas makapag bigay ng extra energy. I am taking 1 scoop lang 30 minutes before intense workout. For me, naglalast yung effect after 5 hours. The flavor is good, di sya nakaka trigger ng hyper acidity.

Sobrang nagustuhan ko yung vanilla nila kasi masarap i-pares sa fruits, matcha, or milk. The price is super worth it. I hope they sell this in 4lbs or 5lbs soon.
