As a base, we used Pea Protein Isolate and then added Rice Protein. Pea protein is a great protein source but has low cysteine and methionine content, that's why it pairs perfectly with rice protein which is high in these two amino acids. Together, they offer a complete protein with an optimal amino acid profile that is superior to any single plant protein source.
Also contains additional MCT powder, to provide an added source of healthy fats which has also been shown to support fat oxidation, energy production, and recovery.
Perfect for vegans, vegetarians, or those with lactose intolerance and dairy sensitivities. Just mix with water or your preferred beverage for an instant boost of protein.

got the vanilla nougat flavor para mas-versatile yung taste
can't say much about the efficacy kasi hindi ako maalam sa nutrition, but i heard na maganda talaga nutritional value and amino acid profile nito for its price, compared to other brands hehe
second time buying cuz this brand is sooo good!! i was preparing myself for the worst kasi i hateee the taste and texture of protein powders, pero in fairness this one came through!! i like really thick smoothies so madaling madisguise yung texture and i barely notice the taste at all! my recipe make it legit taste like melted vanilla ice cream!!
sharing the recipe cuz we dont gatekeep here:
- 1 1/2 cup oatmilk
- 1 banana (best if frozen)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp peanut butter
- cinnamon to taste
- blended altogether
- serve chilled
may kasama na siyang scooper sa loob so no worries about using the right amount per serving

they still use plastic packaging, as expected, but really hope they switch to eco-friendlier packaging and shipping options
only real con talaga is that ito lang yung available size nila of this variant huhuhu so kung hindi ka pa sure na magagamit mo lahat before it expires, baka masayang lang 💔💔💔

Just received my Athlene package and I’m already impressed! The packaging is sleek and clean. love the vibrant teal pouch which really stands out. The Dark Choco Hazelnut flavor sounds delicious, and I can’t wait to try it tomorrow.
Also included in the box is a sturdy-looking Athlene shaker, nicely sealed in plastic. It looks durable and convenient, perfect for on-the-go use. The branding is consistent and minimalist, which gives it a premium feel.
What I really appreciate is that this is a vegan protein, which fits perfectly into a plant-based or dairy-free lifestyle. At 1 lb (454g), it’s a decent size for testing out a new supplement.
Excited to see how it mixes and tastes but so far, Athlene nailed the unboxing experience. Will update with a full review after a few uses!
I'm lactose intolerant, so a dairy-free whey for a cheaper price compared to other brands is a win! I prefer the vanilla one over the dark hazelnut but both are very easy on the tummy and great as a supplement.
Switched over from another local brand because it was too chunky, I like how easily this mixes into water, and the taste is something I can handle (I normally have to mix in berries or fruits to make it palatable). Will keep buying!
Taste and consistency is great. No effect sa bowel movement since lactose intolerant ako. Highly recommended sa mga bawal sa dairy.
