The product is very good. Effective coz I was using this since 2017/2018. Am proud to be one of the pioneering user of Athlene Nutrition. I understood there is a storm in Luzon but J&T should update us that our parcel will be delayed for days. That's it. That is the only problem there. Been searching for the good and real content of whey protein and based on some reliable research, Athlene is one of them. Been using them for quite some time now, I just recently bought the 5lbs and I just hope that they give a free shaker. But, anyway, it's a good and reliable product.
