Much better siguro kung nakalagay mga multivitamins na makukuha like ilang vitamin c, vitamin b etc.
Taste rating is 4/5, no stomach upset maybe kasi natural/organic talaga gamit at walang additives

If you're like me, work out in the gym and want to bring in a healthier approach; then I highly suggest using this product! The high quality ingredients are a must to supplement what isn't being consumed on a regular basis. When adding the mixture to water, it tastes very "Greeny", and looks muddy in a glass. To hide both aspects, try adding a scoop of this to a tinted shaker with 500 ml of water. I add in 2 scoops of Athlene's Choco Hazelnut Active Whey Protein powder (48g of protein) to it as well, and 3 medium sized ice cubes. Then shake till your heart's content. The chocolate complements flavors well.
