Active Pre-workout is a unique pre-workout formula, developed by our team and tested ourselves. We wanted to make sure that what looked good on paper, actually produced results. That's why we tested each ingredient individually and combined at different doses, to see which ones produced the best results and had the most effect on your training. The end result is a formula that combines the most effective ingredients together in just the right amount to produce the perfect pre-workout.
Caffeine - 200mg
Caffeine is clinically proven to reduce the perceived effort when training. A dose of 1.4 to 2.7 mg of caffeine per lb of body weight has been shown to significantly benefit endurance, power output, and overall performance in athletes.
We know how individual caffeine dosage may vary per person so we designed Active Pre-workout to contain only 100mg of caffeine per scoop or 200mg of caffeine per 2 scoops (recommended dose) for maximum versatility.
N-Acetyl-L-tyrosine - 1,000mg
L-Tyrosine is a conditionally essential amino acid necessary for dopamine synthesis. It is an effective nootropic for increasing focus, motivation, and cognitive function. We used N-Acetyl L-Tyrosine as our tyrosine source. This compound is a modified form of L-Tyrosine that has been made more bioavailable so that it can be quickly absorbed into the bloodstream.
Citrulline Malate - 4,000mg
Citrulline is the king of pumps, this ingredient has been shown to improve exercise performance, reduce muscle soreness, and increase energy levels by increasing nitric oxide production in the body.
We used citrulline malate as our citrulline source because malate is involved in the production of ATP (a molecule that provides energy for cellular processes). Plus the addition of malic acid may also improve the absorption and bioavailability of the citrulline.
Agmatine Sulfate - 1,000mg
Agmatine Sulfate is a naturally occurring amino acid that has been shown to increase blood flow and nutrient delivery to muscles during workouts by promoting vasodilation. This increased blood flow can lead to increased delivery of oxygen and nutrients to working muscles.
Beta-alanine - 2,000mg
Beta-alanine is a non-essential amino acid that is commonly used to improve athletic performance, particularly during high-intensity exercise. Beta-alanine works by increasing the production of carnosine, a dipeptide found in muscle tissue that helps to buffer against the buildup of acid and delay fatigue during exercise.
*Beta-alanine may cause harmless temporary tingling or flushing sensation.
Betaine - 2,000mg
Betaine is a naturally occurring compound that primarily works in the body as an osmolyte, or a molecule that is shuttled in and out of a cell to affect its hydration status. Similar to creatine, increased intracellular concentrations of betaine promote cell hydration, which promotes muscle fatigue resistance and enhances muscular endurance, especially in situations with high levels of metabolic stress.
Taurine - 1,000mg
Taurine is an amino acid that helps in reducing muscle damage and fatigue, while improving mental focus and reducing oxidative stress, which could contribute to better athletic performance.
Flavor is good. you can adjust the potency depending on the number of scoops. 3 scoops is just enough
As a regular pre-workout user. This is honestly just a simple pre-workout. Plain stim and has none of the other bs that the other supp. companies added. I would love to see other flavors though. Keep up the great work, Athlene Nutrition!
bkit hindi po n dagdagan ung reward points ko?
The Pre-workout itself is awesome but I hope they will have it in a small plastic canister so it would be easier to get a scoop out of it or even bring it in my bag.
It really helps me in my work out and it really gives that extra push. 2 scoops works the best for me! Though this is not as strong as other pre-workout but it does the job.
